VFD Websites is a service of Scheidler Web Solutions, located in Greensburg, Indiana.
While this service is new, we’ve been building and hosting websites, including some in the fire service, for over 20 years.

New Point Volunteer Fire Department
The first website created on the VFD Websites system! Matt Scheidler created the original New Point VFD website in 2018, then relaunched the site with the VFD Websites system in May 2025.

Versailles Fire Rescue
Matt Scheidler created the Versailles Fire Rescue website several years ago, and we’ve hosted and maintained the site ever since. This site helped to lay the groundwork for what was to become the VFD Websites system.
Indiana Volunteer Firefighter’s Association
We created the IVFA website in 2018. It serves a vital purpose for 800+ volunteer fire departments in the state of Indiana. Through our relationship with IVFA we came to learn that most departments have no website presence of their own. VFD Websites exists to help volunteer fire departments recruit new members, promote events and fundraisers, and connect with their local communities.
